Phoenix provides an intimate, informal worship experience. We try to be open to new experiences as we gather to experience the Holy in community. We also have a strong commitment to using inclusive language in our worship services. Communion is served on the first Sunday of every month. A smaller group, we meet in the round in the lower-level fellowship hall of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) building at 2208 Winchell Avenue in Kalamazoo, MI.

Weekly worship services are Sunday evenings at 6 pm. Sermons from past services are available on our sermons web page.

We also have special worship services on occassion, especially during Advent and Lent. Please check our online calendar for a full schedule.

Our music program is completely volunteer powered. Please let us know if you would like to sing in the choir or if you have a musical gift you would like to share in worship. We are always happy to have musicians and singers share their God-given talents.

Phoenix is happy to talk to you about a covenant union ceremony (wedding). To request an information packet, please contact the church office.
